I do not have info about review workshops. I would recommend you search the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). The Academy does have a Study Guide for the Registration Examination for Dietitians that may help you. Your undergrad dietetics advisor/internship director should have info about review courses in your area for the Academy registration exam.
