I know this is a weird question, but how many calories are in male ejaculate? I heard somewhere like 10, but I have also heard 200, which sounds a bit high. I was just wondering. Thank you for your time.
Don’t know the calories in semen. If I knew the composition of semen (protein, carbohydrate or fat) then I could calculate calories. Semen is a protein containing fluid and the average semen ejaculate volume is 9 milliliters or slightly less than 2 teaspoons which would make it insignificant nutritionally. FYI, caloric content less than 25 calories are insignificant.
